ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Michi Ferreol has spent over five years building and growing social enterprises across the United States, Africa and Southeast Asia, with a focus on education and the future of workCurrently, she is a Management Consultant at Bain and Company, where she works with top companies in Southeast Asia on their business transformation efforts. In the Philippines, Michi is one of the co-founders of KadaKareer, a start-up non-profit that provides career development support and resources to underserved Filipino youth hoping to enter digital careers. During the pandemic, they reached over 60,000 students with their low-bandwidth platform and career workshops. Michi recently graduated with an MBA and second year honors from Harvard Business School, where she was a Horace Goldsmith Fellow, and has a B.A. in Sociology cum laude from Harvard College.
